Understand Airflighto cancellation handling, supplier rules, possible fees, and refund timelines.

This Cancellation Policy applies to flight bookings and support requests made through Airflighto.com.

How to Cancel a Booking

  • Contact Airflighto customer support as soon as possible.
  • Provide your booking reference, passenger name, and itinerary details.
  • Our team will review airline or supplier rules and explain available options.
  • After you confirm, we will submit the cancellation request and send any available confirmation.

Airline and Supplier Rules

  • All cancellations are subject to the fare rules of the airline or travel supplier.
  • Some fares are refundable, partially refundable, reusable as credit, or fully non-refundable.
  • Airline penalties, fare differences, no-show charges, or supplier fees may apply.

Cancellation Fees

  • Airflighto may charge a service fee for cancellation handling in addition to airline or supplier penalties.
  • Domestic flight processing fees may be up to $25 per passenger.
  • International flight processing fees may be up to $75 per passenger.
  • All known fees will be explained before a cancellation is finalized.

Time-Sensitive Cancellations

  • Many airlines allow penalty-free cancellation within 24 hours when the booking is made at least 7 days before departure.
  • After 24 hours, standard airline and agency rules apply.
  • After departure or no-show, refunds are generally unavailable unless the supplier allows otherwise.

Non-Cancellable Situations

  • Promotional, basic economy, flash sale, bulk, or partially used tickets may be non-cancellable.
  • Supplier restrictions can prevent changes or refunds even when Airflighto submits a request.
  • Travel disruptions caused by weather, strikes, or government restrictions are handled under supplier policies.

Refund After Cancellation

  • Eligible refunds are processed after supplier approval.
  • Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method and may take 7 to 20 business days after approval.
  • Banks and card issuers may require additional posting time.
