This Refund Policy applies to bookings and support requests made through Airflighto.com.

When Refunds May Be Available

  • Cancellation within a supplier-approved grace period, such as eligible 24-hour airline cancellation rules.
  • Refundable fare types or supplier-authorized partial refunds.
  • Significant airline schedule changes, airline flight cancellations, or billing errors.
  • Services not provided as described, subject to investigation and supplier confirmation.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact Airflighto support with your booking reference and reason for the request.
  • Our team will review airline or supplier rules and advise on eligibility.
  • Provide any required documentation requested by the supplier.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Refund Processing Time

  • Domestic flight refunds may take 7 to 14 business days after approval.
  • International flight refunds may take 14 to 20 business days after approval.
  • Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Non-refundable fares, promotional fares, no-shows, and partially used tickets are usually not eligible.
  • Voluntary cancellations after the grace period may be subject to airline penalties or no refund.
  • Weather, government restrictions, or operational disruptions are handled according to supplier rules.

Fees and Refund Amounts

  • Refund amounts may be reduced by airline penalties, service fees, fare differences, baggage fees, seat fees, or other third-party charges.
  • Airflighto service fees are generally non-refundable once booking support has been provided.

Supplier Decisions

  • Airflighto assists with refund requests but final approval is controlled by the airline or travel supplier.
  • We cannot guarantee a refund beyond the supplier's published rules and approval process.
